KBR Announces the Appointment of Richard "Rich" Ambrose as President of North American Government & Logistics Business Unit

HOUSTON, Apr 04, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) --KBR (NYSE: KBR) announced today that Richard "Rich" Ambrose has joined KBR as President, North American Government & Logistics and will report to Mark Williams, Group President for Infrastructure, Government and Power.

Rich brings 30 years of commercial and government experience to his new role. Most recently, Rich served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of ASRC Federal Holding Company (ASRC). He was responsible for successfully growing the ASRC federal family of companies and generating over US $900 million in revenue.
